TSW is the innovative venture of Mr. Sandeep Khot, who holds a Masters in Packaging from Indian Institute of Packaging – Mumbai, 2008. He also holds a B.Tech in Agril Engineering from KonkanKrishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli, Ratnagiri.

Mr. Khot started with a humble beginning from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. With impeccable strengths like business acumen, negotiation skills, team driving abilities, and the ambition to succeed, he laid foundation of the innovative venture – TSW Packaging Solutions. He is a strong advocate of Work Ethics Transparency, and Integrity in Business with Customers, Vendors and Principles.

In August 2008, he started his career with Signode India, in the field-engineering department, and quickly moved to product development and was promoted to sales profile in 2010. He won 3 Annual Eagle Awards in FY – 2010/2012/2015.

Some of his key assignments in Signode were – Mimalite Pre-Stretched Oriented film development, Established Shrink packaging in PEPSICO, Cushioning Market Survey, Cushioning Product Development and Channel sales management. His wide experience of packaging products/operations/regulations/applications ensures optimal solutions for his customers.
